Albany Middle School's motto, "BEGIN. BELIEVE. BECOME" consists of three words, although simple in meaning, when combined, denote the formula to success. Our job as educators is to facilitate this process by helping students BEGIN the arduous process of becoming a life-long learner. During this process, we encourage students to BELIEVE in themselves and trust in their abilities. Through maturation and armed with all the skills and knowledge of a well -rounded education, our students can BECOME whatever they choose!

Vision: Albany Middle School seeks to establish itself as an exemplary middle school with self-disciplined learners and highly qualified teachers to meet or exceed standards.

Mission: AMS will work collaboratively to provide a safe, orderly learning environment where all individuals will meet or exceed standards with the support of school and community.
