Attention Vendors: In order to do business with the Dougherty County School System, you must have completed a Vendor Application Form on file with the Purchasing Department. The necessary forms are available from the Vendor Information page.

Phone -- Call the Purchasing Contact listed with the bid to receive a copy.
Visit -- Bids and/or proposals may be obtained in person from the Purchasing Department at 601 Flint Ave., Albany, GA 31702, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
E-Mail -- Send a request to jason.renfroe@dougherty.k12.ga.us to have a copy forwarded to your e-mail address.

DCSS Current Solicitations

On occasion the DCSS needs to make revisions after a Bid or RFP's original posting. The vendor has a responsibility to check this website often to ensure that no changes or additions have occurred. Failure to do so will not relieve vendors of the obligation to comply with all terms and conditions from the latest posting of any addendum to a Bid or RFP to which they respond.
