Monroe Students Pass National Financial Literacy Assessment
May 14, 2012 - Monroe Comprehensive High School

MCHS students pass financial literacy examBusiness students in Nicole Mallory’s classes at Monroe Comprehensive High School successfully demonstrated proficiency in personal finance by achieving a passing score on the national Financial Literacy Certification Test. The test was administered May 2-3. Some of the topics covered include money, budgeting, banking, credit, insurance, and investing. Students who received the certification are Desiree Smith, Rodrick Smith, Christopher Thomas, Quincey Davis, Justin Eady, ShaKuria Henderson, Dana Jackson, Julia Loud, Aleah Newberry, Essence Nickens, Darien Shannon, Heavenly Tyson, Denzell Wallace, Brea Whitaker, Qyuiana McClain, Courtney Adams, Whitney Crawford, Rilexus Henderson, Akliah Holsey, Shanice Jones, Darryl Hines, Vantrel McMillian, Mesha Trice, Daichavon Williams, Mario Price, Benjamin White, Trey Wright, Jessica Fuller, and Patricia Cauley.
