The corrective action process allows DCSS employees the opportunity to express concerns or make complaints about procedures within Dougherty County Schools Business Services Process Management System. The purpose is to identify ways these procedures can be improved for the benefit of everyone. Employees may expect a response to their concern within ten (10) working days. The Corrective Action Procedure describes the process for handling a concern or complaint in the process management system. The Corrective Action Form is made available to all DCSS employees to establish and maintain a method of coordinating and controlling corrective actions and customer complaints within the school system. Employees should complete the requested information, print the form, and forward to: Susan Hatcher or Lanise Wright, ISO Co-Management Representative, Business Services.
